What does it mean to move well & be healthy within your life?
If you've ever had mental stress or physical discomfort from
- too long hunched over your smart phone, tablet or laptop, or slouched on the couch
- hours in the studio creating your masterpiece on canvas or with sound
- frustration with not feeling like you dream of feeling, or living the life you aspire toward
- or any other moment where the emotional stress or task discomfort physically creeps into your neck, shoulders, or back
Or maybe you just wish you could feel more in sync with your desired lifestyle and wellness goals?
If this is you - then MovElements can help.
You are the expert in your life and the coaching methods and movement inspired techniques we will work through together will help you feel more confident and comfortable every day, and support you toward achieving the highest vision of your healthy lifestyle.
We will discover better ways to move through your daily to-do's, making them more natural for your mind & body.
The process I use will seek out the often unnoticed misalignments, habits or other challenges that are causing stress or discomfort and we'll develop ways to rebalance. My goal is to help you create ease and freedom within your mind and body, every day.
You don't need to be a dedicated yogi, daily fitness class attendee or make yourself sit quietly and meditate for hours each week (unless you want to, of course!) With some simple, consistent daily actions we can successfully reduce, even eliminate, unwanted and unnecessary stress and strain. Let's create the most dynamic, resilient and vibrant you!

Over the last decade in my ergonomic & posture evaluation endeavors, I've worked with students, office workers, artists, scuba divers, climbers, professional level athletes, and industrial and mechanical technicians to improve their work, hobbies and daily tasks. For the last 20 years I have maintained an active role as a wellness professional and fitness/Pilates trainer and enjoyed many years as a scuba diving instructor. The theme has always been helping people know & understand their body, to move better and be more comfortable, confident and healthy within their environment.
I love helping people discover ways to be more engaged with their environment while maximizing the connection with their mind & body! Let's work together to create your unique path to the healthy, vibrant lifestyle you are seeking.
Everyone can benefit by learning & embracing new MovElements, as I do every day!
